Morehouse Tuskegee Classic

The 84th Morehouse Tuskegee Classic between Morehouse College and Tuskegee University will be played Saturday, Oct. 9, 2021 at Legion Field.  Visit www.morehousetuskegeeclassic.com for more details. Legion Field has a clear bag policy and prohibits certain items. Prohibited items include:

Game Tickets

  • To buy general admission game tickets, visit https://bit.ly/3snagFk. 
  • Tickets will be sold at the Legion Field box office Oct. 7 and 8 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Tickets will be sold on game day, Oct. 9, at Legion Field, starting at 12 p.m. (Those buying tickets on Oct. 9 may pull into the Official’s Lot from 12 to 3 p.m. to buy tickets from the Legion Field box office. Ticket buyers must leave the parking lot upon buying a ticket. Patrons cannot stay parked in the Official’s Lot until game time.)
  • All tickets bought online must be shown at gates via a smart phone.
  • All ages must have a ticket to the game.
  • There is no re-entry into the stadium. 
  • Parking for those visiting the tailgating area will open at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 9. Parking will be in Lot F. 
  • Other parking gates will open at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 9 
  • Parking will be $10 on the day of the game.

Tailgating

  • Tailgating slots will open at 8 a.m. on Friday, Oct 8. Fees are $20 a day for RVs and tents. Enter at Lot M off Eighth Avenue West. Tailgating spots will not be sold before Oct. 8.
  • HHH Sanitation, Inc. will be the sole provider of all portable toilets, hand wash stations, and RV pump services. Call 205-841-7368 for more information. HHH Sanitation, Inc. will take orders in advance of the game. The deadline to order items is Wednesday, Oct. 6 at 3:30 p.m. or based on inventory availability. Delivery will happen on Friday, Oct. 8 at Legion Field. There will be no deliveries on Saturday, Oct. 9.
  • All major credit cards accepted ($1.00 convenience charge added). Please place orders in advance with HHH Sanitation, Inc. Visit www.morehousetuskegeeclassic/tailgate/ for prices.
  • Tailgaters (RVs, tents, etc.,) will be located in Lot M.
  • People visiting tailgating events in Lot M on Friday, Oct. 8, may park in Lot F from 5 p.m. – 11:59 p.m. All visiting cars in Lot F must be moved by midnight. It will cost $5 to park in Lot F on Oct. 8 to visit tailgaters.
  • People visiting tailgating events in Lot M on Saturday, Oct. 9, may start parking in Lot F as early as 8 a.m. on Oct. 9. It will cost $10 to park in Lot F on Oct. 9.

Entering Legion Field

  • Parking lots open at 4 p.m. on game day.
  • Gates at Legion Field open at 5 p.m.
  • Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
  • Everyone entering the stadium must wear a mask. 
  • No backpacks, large bags, etc. will be allowed. Only small clear bags at the approved size will be allowed. Visit www.morehousetuskegeeclassic/faqs/ to view the 2021 prohibited items and clear bag policy. 
  • The maximum size clutch allowed inside the stadium is 6.5 x 4.5.
  • Those with health issues or in possession of medicine, medical bags, etc. must enter at gate 7AB. 
  • Media with credentials should enter at gate 5A.

 

Parking at Legion Field

  • There will be no shuttles. 
  • Legion Field parking lots open at 4 p.m. on game day.
  • Parking will be $10 for vehicles on game day.
  • Charter bus groups should call Leroy Everson at (205) 254-2401 for parking. Parking will be $25 per bus. The bus lot is located on 1st Street West, which can be accessed from  8th Avenue West and Graymont.

Traffic  

  • Residential passes are not necessary for those living in the area of Legion Field.

COVID-19 restrictions:

  • Suites will be limited to half capacity.
  • All suite visitors will be required to have a temperature check before entering.
  • All suite visitors must wear a mask upon entering the room.
